Lophostemon confertus

Brush Box are a tall forest tree in Nth Aust. Commonly used in Victoria as a neat street tree with dense rounded crown & pinky-grey bark. White clusters of fluffy flowers appear in summer. The leaves are large oval shaped and glossy. It grows up to 15m tall and 10m wide. Dislikes limestone. A great specimen or shade tree.
