At Oz Trees, we are committed to delivering high-quality native plants to your door, ready for planting. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process, charges, and policies.

Delivery Restrictions

Due to cross-border regulations, we are unable to send plants to Western Australia, Tasmania, South Australia, or the Northern Territory. We appreciate your understanding as we comply with these important biosecurity requirements.

Postal and Handling Charges

Shipping rates are calculated per box and vary by state:

  • Victoria: $90.00 per box
  • New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory: $100.00 per box
  • Queensland: $110.00 per box

Each box is securely packed to protect your plants and includes handling, packing materials, and freight.

Plant Condition on Arrival

All plants are shipped with a well-established root system and are ready to be planted upon arrival. To ensure the health of your plants:

  • Unpack them as soon as possible.
  • Water them thoroughly upon arrival.
  • Keep them moist and store them in a cool, shaded area until planting.

Stock Availability

Occasionally, a species listed on our website may sell out before we have a chance to update our stock levels. In the event that an item you’ve ordered is no longer available, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to discuss suitable alternatives or arrange a full refund.

Dispatch and Shipping Timeframes

Orders are dispatched each Monday, once payment has been received. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please check with your nearest Post Office. It is not uncommon for deliveries to be held without a card being placed in your letterbox.

We offer secure payment options, including:

  • Direct Debit
  • Personal Cheque

Please ensure all payments are made in full before the dispatch date.

Perishable Item Policy

As plants are live and perishable, we kindly ask that you notify us immediately if there are any issues with your order. If we are not contacted within a reasonable period after delivery, we may not be able to issue a refund or provide replacements.
