A large straight tree up to 45-55m. Fast growing. Recognized by its blue juvenile foliage & smooth light trunk. Suited to conditions with availble moisture. Large plantations have been established for pulp production in South Western Victoria. A good source of nectar and pollen for bees and the leaves are used for essential oil production.
